The product is exactly as described and of high-quality leather. The plastic phone case inside is attached with a tacky glue that comes off easily. Two stars for customer service because, I failed to check the box to submit the custom lettering I paid for. I didn’t notice it at the time and assumed it would be sent in a direct message post purchase. The seller accepted my full payment for the custom lettering and shipped the product without it. A refund was only offered after I had reached out to them myself, and instead of receiving a proper refund to my card, I was only given store credit to Etsy. If the seller had put as much effort into verifying my order was correct before shipping, as they did into pointing out my mistake after, this could’ve been avoided.
